Square Watermelons - Another Crazy but smart idea

Square watermelons?! True? YUP!

But why? Regular round watermelons take up a lot of room in the refrigerator plus cost more to ship.

Farmers grow them in small wood or plastic boxes to shape the melon at maturity.

Crazy idea…but really smart.
